Foodie Tour Itinerary
Italy is known for its delicious cheeses and meats. This week you will learn the secrets
of making these specialties and taste the very best of the region.
This is a Boutique Tour. There will be no more than 16 people.
Day 1: Departure form NY/Newark airports
Day 2: Arrival Milan Malpensa airport, transfer to Bedonia, Pr. Relax, unwind wine and cheese and dinner will be served.
Day 3: Wonder the alleyways of antique Genoa and taste the authentic pesto. Check out Christopher Columbus' house.
Day 4: Walk through the Parmesan Cheese Factory while they're making it. Enjoy a handmade meal and dance to live music with the locals.
Day 5: Visit the Prosciutto of Parma factory, savor a meal of cured meats, parmesan cheese and wine. Roam castle walls down the road.
Day 6: Free day to explore our village on own or hop the train somewhere.
Day 7: Explore the majestical marble mountain of Carrara. Taste the aged lard of Colonnata, enjoy some time at the beach.
Day 8: Explore historic Modena & learn how Balsamic Vinegar is made.
Day 9: Flight home
